We want you to be completely satisfied with your dual handle basin faucet purchase. If your faucet isn't the perfect fit for your bathroom renovation, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the faucet and all installation hardware back into the original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned basin faucet, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
